Filtering dates in Advanced Report Builder

Cognos Reporting - links to an application

Is there a way to create a link in a Cognos report that would take me to a specific project application home page? ie If a list report contains 'Project Name' in the left most column I would like that report item to be a hyperlink'd to the specific project home page.
