Capacity Plan Numbers Don't Match Resource Allocations

The numbers entered in the Capacity Planner are not the same as those on the Resource Allocation screen from the projects tab. In the Capacity planner I set one resource type to .5 for 6 months in a row. In the Resource Allocation window it shows as .48, .48, .5, .48, .5 I'd like for them to match...
