    adding group summary

    Hello,

    I create a list report with grouping. I want to calculate the average for each group and the grand total for the whole report and can't seem to get this to work at all. If I average for each group, the summary also average out and if I total for each group, the summary also total. Is there a way to do average for each group and show the total of each group in the summary section? This can be done with crosstab but I have the reverse problem with crosstab and thought list report would solve this. The problem that I am trying to solve with crosstab is, I can do the average for the column but the summary show the total and I want to show average instead, again can't seem to get this to work at all.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
