Displaying Total Potential Work Hours by Time slice

Is there a way to display the total amount of work hours for a given time slice (week, month, quarter, or multiples of these) based on the number of work hours that have been defined for my environment and minus any globally defined non-working time?

The example that I'll use is that I would like to run a timesheet report by quarter.  I've got the number of hours that someone has submitted for that quarter by project.  I'd like to also display what a full-time workload would be for that quarter.  If the report is run and two quarters are selected, the full-time workload for both of those quarters should be displayed.

    Thanks!

Yes,  you will need to join the timesheet table with the resource mgmt table.  There are already date groupings including Quarterly for both sections.  You would need Work Entry hours from Timesheets by user and Net availability from Resource Allocations and Capacity by user.

Can you be a little more specific? I've been trying to do the same with no success (except when using filters, which then excludes all list items that have zero values based on the condition). I would like to show hours for a specific period of time, and if the result is zero, I would still like to display that. Any help will be most appreciated. Slicers, tuples, filters... I don't know what else to try.

     Thanks!
