Unless I'm doing something wrong, I am only able to see the solution text when I use "Find a Solution". The original problem statement is not accessible.
Think about it: I have a problem so I search the problem text for the entry of a similar problem - THEN I would want to see the solution. Clearly I'm missing something because virtually EVERY knowledge base I've ever used provides information regarding the initial problem statement.
Please, "say it isn't so!"...
