I ve found that the Adminster WOrkflow option to be useful especially for the issues and tasks appliaction. However, I ve got couple of questions:

1) In the issues application notifications can be sent when an issue is overdue, completed, .... but for dynamic applications created by us, these options were not available. How can we add more options to send notifications for new DAs other than when item is created, edited and deleted?

 2) How can we force the same Workflow notification settings among all projects to preserve consistency. Can this be done by the sustem admin? 

One way to do it I guess is to create projects from templates but is this the only way to do it

3) What is the difference between a notification and a reminder?

These are great questions and observations, Mohamed.  The one concrete answer I can give you is that at present, the only way to configure these "workflow" settings is at the project level, and the only way to standardize on those settings is through the use of templates.  Reminders are simply another notification and there is no special functionality around them.

We are preparing to start developing enhancements around Notifications and what we currently call "workflow" and while we don't yet know specifically what these enhancements will be, greater administrative control of Notifications is one of the themes we will be planning around, as is the theme of more functional notifications.  Each of these major areas certainly encompass the questions you ask here.

Regarding the notification options (or lack thereof) surrounding Dynamic Applications, you will likely see a phased approach to enhancements in this area that will coincide with the general notification enhancements as well as enhancements to Dynamic Applications in general.
