Hopefully, I'm not missing something obvious here.. Basically, I want anyone in our Executive Enterprise role to have visibility to Issues existing across all projects
Is there any way to do this other than give then at least Project Guest Role on all projects?
If this is the way to do this, how does one expediently add the Enterprise Role with the necessary permission ( At least "View Only, Respond to Assigned Issues" Project Role) to see issues across all project? Can you nest Enterprise roles in Project Roles?
Regards,Matthew
Matthew,
The exec will see issues for each project by clicking on the Exec tab and looking at the first project. Once they select the Issues tab within the first project, they can scroll through all projects and issues by clicking on the next project/previous project tabs.
John,
Your method, although workable, seems too cumbersome to introduce to Executive users. I am looking for 'all in one place' visibility.
Can this be achieved through use of Views or need I look to Reports?
Rgds,Matthew
