Document Default File Folders

We are wanting to create document folders that are the same for every project - a set of "Standard" folders. Are there default file folders I can set up? and How? or Do I need to create them for every project & lock the ability to create new folders permission?

The only way you can setup a default set of document folders is to use a project template. This is one of the configurable attributes that can be included in a template. Even if it's the only thing you want to standardardize, you could set up a basic template to include these document folders, then only allow users to create projects from a template.
