Concatenate fields in a view / report

Is it possible to concatenate custom fields added to a project profile on either a view or a report?

You can use the field type of Calculate.  Chose Concatenate as the type of calculation and then select the fields you want to use.  You can also type in other characters, so if you want a "-" between City and State, the formula would be City-State.

    John -

Great!  So the new field is now available to pull into views/reports.  Is there a way to "suppress" or hide the fields at the project profile level that were used to create the new field so that only the concatenated field is visible?

Currently, no.  It is on our road map to make selected fields hidden or visible.
