Best Practices for Capacity Planning for Time Off

I am working on allocating resources to our Admin and Support workspaces (all non project work).

What is the best practice in regards to allocation of time off?

Would it be best to preplan for timeoff so that it is reserved and not allocated to any projects or is best practice to add in the hours of time off once it is requested by team members?

    Amisha,

It sounds like you have a good understanding and plan for time off. Look for some enhancements coming soon for scheduling workweek exceptions!
