Hello Everyone, I am new to the site and was wondering if anyone had a nice dashboard for project status reporting in excel. The Master Project includes several sub projects that all have dependencies on each other and I need to track the status of each on a single dashboard.

I have an example of a project template that uses Excel and PowerPoint, and a program level one in Excel.  The links here are to PDF versions - the originals are available without charge, I just need you to agree to a basic user agreement as these are part of my company's assets.  Drop me a line at andy.jordan@roffensian.com if you (or anyone else) wants them.

Very nice.  Here is a Project Tracking Template I used to use for all projects.  The first page is the summary page for the management team.  The second page is the project financials and all information from planned to actual rolls through the sheet with variances.  The third page is Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions, and Changes.  The final sheet is Milestone status.  This can be modified to meet a company's needs. 

Wow! That one is pretty complicated. Thank the good Lord I do not have to keep that one up to date and report it
