    Hello,

    In any notification email sent from a document, the email contains a hyperlink that states that by clicking the link, you can go directly to the document.

    However, when clicking the URL, it takes you to the project dashboard instead....

    Can this URL be changed, or is it just misleading?

    If you aren't currently logged into eProject, the notification email should prompt you to login, which takes you to the dashboard, then it should also open the document detail window, from which you can download or view the document.

    Check to see if you have any popup blockers (Google toolbar, IE configuration, etc.) running that might be suppressing the document detail window.

    Thanks for the reply.

    It does prompt to login, but does not provide a document detail window....it only redirects to the dashboard.

    Tried this with the following browsers, with pop-up blocker disabled:

    IE 6 & 7
    FF 2.0

    Thoughts?

    Disregard the previous post.

    Document Detail window now visible.  In IE 7, you must change pop-up blocker properties in a couple of different places....not just the main browser settings.

    Sometimes the easiest things are the most difficult....

    And leave it to Microsoft to make them more difficult by trying to think for you!  Glad you were able to get this sorted out.
