    In 5.9 project members could check-out and update other member documents.....

    I don't see how this can be accomplished in PPM6....what am I missing????

    Michael,

    I apologize for not answering this sooner.  I just found this post.  This is rights issue.  You should have the rights to edit other's documents unless those rights are taken away.  If you don't have the access, ask your admin.
