I work as an independant consultant and when I am looking for PMO information, I am looking for information which I can get a better understanding of what the product and service has to offer. I also require document or resources which I can direct a client to. this enables me to show and demonstrate what it is I am proposing.
I have found that some companies provide access to consultants so that they may learn to become aware of a product as well as demonstrate the benefits of the product or service. I have always found that demonstration is always better than explination.
