OK, so the decision has been made to implement an enterprise PMO, and someone needs to be selected to manage the setup of the PMO and the first few years of it's existence....

Does anyone have a job description for such a position? What skills, training & experience should the company be looking for?

(Who else (how many others) should be assigned to the PMO in its early years? What different skills should they bring to the PMO in addition to those of the PMO manager?)

Interested in your thoughts.

The setup will be determinant on the business culture, methodology, number of persons in company - type of projects, etc.  I also have framework methodology, templates, etc.
