    Project Tansit error

Hi, I was hoping someone might be able to help. I'm having trouble syncing one of my projects using Project Tansit and I can't seem to figure out the problem. The error message that occurs is below. Any ideas? I really don't want to have to build it from scratch in Daptiv!

     Thanks

Did you file a support case?

You might have more success with an import vs. a sync if you are just trying to get it into Daptiv.

Thanks. I did log a support case and I think they've figured it out but usually it takes a while.

I think the lack of an ability to import directly from MS Project is a bit of a problem, sync is the only way to do it effectively with the types of information we need.
