    DeskDocs Install and manual setup problems

    Hi All,

    Having problems with the DeskDocs Installation Utility.  If I keep the Site URL to https://login.daptiv.com, the software creates a blank shortcut on my desktop.  If I change the login to the correct one: https://na03.daptiv.com, the software cannot connect to the server.

    Manually entering https://login.daptiv.com/deskdocs into a browser displays HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed.

    Any ideas what's going wrong?

    Adding the properties to a normal folder doesn't work.  What you have to do is go to My Network Places on your desktop and "Add a Network Place".  When you get the prompt for a URL, type in https://login.daptiv.com.  It will prompt you for your ID and password and ask you to name the folder.  Everything should work fine and this is the way I have added my DeskDocs folder for a long time.  This always works.
