Does anyone have any advice on how to handle SCRUM within Daptiv? In our Network & Technology group, they want to set up a program consisting of various infrastructure projects. They feel that the typical PMBOK methodology with all of its documentation is an overkill for them and slows them down. They are kind of working on the design/delivery iteratively and once they have proved the concept and fine tuned everything, then they deploy the solution. Has anyone had any success with this using Daptiv? If so, I would appreciate any feedback.
