What happens if I make changes to a phase name?

Hello -

What happens to my existing data if I make changes to an existing phase name? And is there an option for adding more than 10 phases yet?

Is there anyway to inactivate a project task - instead of deleting it?

It will reset the phases of all projects within that type to the initial phase. There are only 10 phases allowed in custom phases, no additional phase options are planned.

You can put a task on hold either in the Gantt or via the check boxes and Checked Item Actions from Outline View.
