Ok, these might be two seperate questions, but here goes.

 First, we have a custom project type that has the option "Report time on project level" checked, so tasks have a project don't show up on the timesheet, just the project, and put in your hours worked there.  Can I see those hours worked on the project profile level?  Shouldn't it be the "Total Acutal Work" field?  It says 0....and I put in hours on my timesheet and had it approved.

 The main reason for this question is because I'd like to create a report with some cutsom project profile fields and use the hours worked by people on the timesheet on the same report.  Our custom fields don't show up under the Timesheets folder in the ARB, so I was hoping that "Total Acutal Work" field is cross useable, between timesheets and projects.

 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this is the final solution for you but you do need to update the status of your project in order to get the status fields (Total Actual Labor Cost, Total Actual Work, etc) to recalculate.  Give that a shot.

That's most likely it Darlene, good call.  The Total Actual Work is a status field that is updated and "snapshotted" every time the Project Manager does a status update, and the incremental changes are tracked in the Project Status History.

Ok, great.  But I want the information that is being captured in the TimeSheets by the users.  The project type is set up to report time at the project level, but I cannot figure out how to create a very basic list report with the name of the project and total time people have worked on it, as recorded in TimeSheets.

This is available within your reporting environment and can be built using the regular report builder.  From within your data hierarchy, click on the Timesheets folder and then on the Task Work Entries section.  From here, you can grab the project name, the hours worked, the date group (week, month, quarter, year) when the work was entered, etc.  You could also opt to export data from your timesheets (click on the Timesheet tab from within your regular Daptiv enterprise) and then on the Export Timesheets submenu to launch the wizard.
