    Timesheet Error Message

I am in and out of my timesheet many times throughout the day. To avoid losing any changes, I "save all changes" each time I make an update. Lately, I have been getting this error:

Object reference not set to instance of an object.

Other users in my company are getting the same error, but we cannot seem to figure out why or what it means. When this happens, you have to close the timesheet and reopen it, losing all unsaved updates. Has anyone found a reason for this error or a way to work around it?

What did our Support rep say?  Did this occur with any other areas of the application besides timesheets?

I have not spoken to a support Rep. I have only received this error in the timesheets application.

    Ivey,

Please go to the Support area on www.daptiv.com and open a support case.  No one should be getting an error message and I am sure Support can help you.
