Central location for global access of documents/templates

We would like to upload documents (I.e. templates) that can be accessed globally. For example, we would like to post a "Scope Template" that all PMs can access from the document library, download and update for their specific project.

Currently, Daptiv does not support global documents - all documents have to loaded into each project individually. It is cumbersome to have to reload the same document to all projects.

Is there any way around this in the system?

I suggest creating a central repository workspace with documents enabled and invite all users/PM's to it. This is one use where the Collaborative Workspace comes in handy. Create a view for the Documents tab that filters in only that one project and effectively you now have your "global" repository.
