Publishing a view of Capacity Planner

We would like for our project requestors to be able to view the Capcity Planner to see when the resources they may need will be available to work their project. Obviously, it's important for the requestors to have a sense of how up-to-date the Capacity Plan view is, so I (the acting Resource Manager--and only user who can save changes to the Capacity Planner) have started creating a new view each time I save changes to Capacity Planner. I name the view "Last Updated MM/DD/YY, HH:MM". Is it possible for me to publish my view of the Capacity Planner to the enterprise so we're all looking at the same data?

Anyone clicking on the Capacity planner sees the most current version so your date stamping views aren't really needed.  The users may be looking at a different view than you are (for example they may be looking at only the projects they manage), however the project information is as of the last save point regardless of the view or who conducted the save (it is a shared application).

To answer your quesiton however, only administrators have the authority to push a view to users/groups of users from the Admin zone.  The system can be set up to allow you access to just the area where views can be made if you don't already have administrative access.
