Report Builder and Joining data from separate folders

    Good Morning All,

When I build reports using Report Builder the data does not map properly when I select elements from separate folders.   The result is my report has bad data in it.

How can I confirm that data elements are mapping correctly in "Report Builder?"  Example:  the "Project Name" element from the "Projects" folder does not map correctly to the task detail elements like "Update Note"

Thanks in advance and keep up the good work.

    David (and everyone),

The data structure was set up to avoid having to make joins and unions by placing like data in a major folder with sub folders below.  If you want to see the task information by projects, expand the Project folder and use the Task subfolder.  Everything should work.  If you select information from different high-level folders, you will have to be more creative and have manage the data to get the correct output.
