To make some of reports available to our Daptiv users we add them to a new dashboard and publish it to roles.
When we come to make changes to the report we want to do this 'offline' (i.e. not using the live report) and saving it separately. However, when we come to overwrite the old report ('save as' over the top of the old report or by opening the old report and 'Paste Report from Clipboard’ with the new XML) this removes the link from the Dashboard to the Report. The user is presented with "The selected report could not be found. It may have been deleted. Please select a new report."
Is there any way to ensure the link is kept without having to make the changes to the 'live' report?
