I am looking for a Daptiv PPM Project Manager/Administrator to ensure that Daptiv is setup/configured and managed per our requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
1) Report Building
2) Capacity Planning (Corporate Cross-Project Planning) (we currently have 20 projects/sub-projects created and growing rapidly)
3) Resource Allocation in Project/Cross-Project Leveling and reporing over-utlization. Working with Sentient Project Managers to ensure that the number of hours needed is allocated correctly and that the resource has been leveled cross-project and resource percent allocations per task are set correctly.
4) Dashboard Creation
5) Overal PPM System Operations
6) etc..etc.

You may operate remotely, anywhere in the world, and simply need to inform Sentient Project Managers of issues/inconsistencies in the Plans and ensure that Daptiv gets updated to reflect the project accurately.
We will discuss overall job responsibilities and how they overlap with Sentient Project Managers during nego.
