Import Tasks Broken?

    Import Tasks Broken?

    Last week (2/4/08 - 2/8/08) I imported tasks from an MS Project without difficulty.  This morning, 2/11/08, trying to import the exact same file, I get the following message:

    "The file you have uploaded is unsupported by the Task Import tool.  Please upload a Project 2000 version."

    Perhaps this is related to the maintenance/updates done over the weekend?

    I would definately call Support (888-341-9117).

    Thanks for the suggestion, John.  I logged a support case (#34858) and was asked to provide the MS Project file I was trying to import.  Did that, now waiting to hear back.

    I'll update this thread when I know more.

    I haven't been able to get response from Daptiv Support - I call and leave messages, I send them emails and I update my support case with comments.  Nothing.  My support case for this (#34858) is showing as "Awaiting Customer Response" - which is not accurate because I did send them what I needed. 

    Just for ha-ha's I tried importing the MS Project file again - guess what?  Now it works.

    Still no response from Daptiv support.  How can they just ignore a support case that's been assigned a number and is still active?
