We have recently started using Daptiv as a project management system to automate our processes and improve communication in the company
As a PM for the implementation phase and the PM on the pilot project we are running on Daptiv I am about to create a user manual for our PMs to detail the process of creating and running a project on Daptiv as part of the training phase. Has anybody done something similar in the past; I know that such documents are differet from one organisation to another depending on the internal processes but all I am looking for is a starting point.
I would very much appreciate it if I can get a copy of similar docs or training manuals. Thanks
