Comments Tab on a DA

In the Documents DA, when I click on a document (from a list), I get a series of tabs on the top of a pop up window - Document Details, Version History, History log, Comments, Related Items and Actions.

I created a DA to track Action Items. If I want a "Comments" tab just as the one I see for the Documents DA - How do I do it?

The native Documents application is different from a dynamic application but the comments feature you seek is still possible in Dynamic Applications. Be sure to edit your "Action Items" dynamic app in the Enterprise Admin zone and be sure to "Enable Item Responses" on the first tab via the checkbox.

For any of your Action Items inside the project, under the Actions Menu for a given item you can now Add Response. All responses may be viewed under the Response History Tab of the item details.
