Parent-Child Projects - Project Health

I have a question on how the Project Health on a Parent Project is updated from the child project. When does the Parent Project's Health update when a Child Project's Health is downgraded versus upgraded. It does not look to be instant.

IIRC Health is based on an index update which is twice daily at 7am and 7pm PST. This also applies to health rules in the Admin zone. If it is a critical need for exact time please ping support with the question as they will have the current system settings and affected index tables.
