You'll need to re-create your view as a Custom View for under the application itself. Open the Admin window, naviate to the Applications section, select Issues, then create a new Custom View. As part of the view definition, you can publish the view to any combination of Enterprise Roles (recommended) or individual users.
This action can only be performed by a system administrator, so if you don't have that level of permission, talk to your eProject administrator for assitance.
