I've been with the company for over 4 years, and some of you may know me from my time in the Support department here.</p>
<p> Now that I'm writing the documentation (online help, white papers, configuration guides and user manuals) I'm wondering what we can do better and I'm hoping that you might have some input regarding things you run into in Daptiv PPM that are under documented (or possibly undocumented). Our help has consistently improved, but occasionally we run into items that we realize were overlooked.</p>

<p><font face="Calibri" size="3">With the rebrand from eProject to Daptiv, we had the opportunity to reformat the training area and we implemented tabbed navigation similar to what you are used to seeing in PPM. </font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0in 0in 10pt;"><font face="Calibri" size="3">In addition, we added a new section for PPM documentation. Now you can now access user manuals, white papers, and other technical documentation from within the product.</font></p>
