What information would be useful to you in our Knowledge Base?

 Hi Everyone,

We in the Support team are looking for some feedback from you: our valuable customers.

We are in the process of renovating our Knowledge Base to make it the first place our customers go when they have a question about the Daptiv PPM application.

What information would you find useful to have in our Knowledge Base? If you have used our KB, were you able to find what you were looking for?

Do you want to know about Task Types? Timesheet approvals? The best way to contact Daptiv?

Your feedback will greatly help us. Let me know what you're looking for.

It would be very helpful to have a definition as to what all the Daptiv information comes from.  Example is:

Total schedules work - where does this information come from.  

Total Duration - where does this information come from

A comprehensive listing of all these things would be very helpful to the new user of Daptiv.
