Access to the
Documents application has been restored, along with the associated services -
Project Templates, Crystal Reports, Dynamic Application imports, and other
features that rely on uploading data to PPM.
Our Network Operations Team is still in the process
of restoring data to all PPM enterprises from the backups, which is taking
somewhat longer than initially expected; we currently anticipate that
restoration will be complete by 1pm PST Friday
(today).
A full investigation into this incident continues, and our Network Operations Team will
ultimately be providing a "root cause" paper with the results. Should you have
