YouCon '08
was a fantastic experience for the Daptiv team members who had the
opportunity to participate (including Steve Axford, Tina Halliday &
myself) in San Diego earlier this year - it was rewarding to
finally put faces to the voices we hear on the phone every week,
helping to further solidify the relationships we've been building over the years.
Based
on the invaluable feedback we received at our Support Round Table,
we're working even harder to increase the visibility, communication
and 'time to resolution' for your open issues, in part through
the expanding Daptiv Community [http://community.daptiv.com].
We remain steadfast in our efforts to improve based on your
experiences in Daptiv, and look forward to continuing our role in helping
you manage your enterprise successfully.
